CMS K-3 Supplemental Learning Packets: Regarding new 4th Quarter learning, print copies of the next round of CMS learning packets for students in K-3 will be made available at Torrence Creek from 9:00 – 12:00 Tuesday, May 26th.  These packets are for students and families who are unable to access the content online or prefer a paper copy. Staff will not be present for the pick-up. These can also be printed/viewed online through the CMS Student Portal.



#OperationStorytime: The #OperationStorytime tag will bring you to a growing collection of children’s book authors and illustrators reading their own works. Search the hashtag #OperationStoryTime on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube (these links will take you directly to the hashtag search results for each platform!) and check back regularly as #OperationStorytime is adding new titles every few hours.

Audible: Audible is offering select children & teen audible books to be streamed for free with no membership required during the school closure. Little Listeners, Elementary, Tween, Teen, Literary Classics and More.

Charlotte Mecklenburg Library: CMS students have automatic membership at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library with no need to sign up. Your student can simply use their Student ID to log in/check out. The default PIN is the student’s 4-digit birth year. Even during the library closure, the Library has digital resources your student can access free with their Library card – in just a matter of minutes.
